No. Do not use disinfectant sprays directly on edible material as they contain chemicals that are not meant to be consumed. Please use disinfectant spray as directed on the packaging only. There are separate vegetable and fruit washes available with that have food-grade ingredients that sanitize your fruits and vegetables of germs, viruses and bacteria. Do take advantage of them.

The uses of BKC are widespread and have been tested under various conditions to have positive results.
